If your complaints are not treated on call, you can visit QESCO customer support offices to raise your objections. Just go to the nearest office, meet the person in charge, discuss your issue and submit your formal complaint to the QESCO management. In particular, there are two customer support offices present in Quetta.

To raise the complaint, you need to follow these steps:

  • Get the portal page as per the above link.
  • Fill in your full name.
  • Input your email ID for correspondence.
  • Enter your 14-Digit QESCO Bill reference number.
  • Click the “Send Feedback” button.

This way, you can raise your online complaint via the QESCO complaint portal. However, there is a single window called the Customer Complaint Management system (CCMS) for all the distribution companies under WAPDA. 

At CCMS, you can raise significant problems that aren’t resolved by any of the above-mentioned methods. WAPDA directly monitors the complaint management system, and it deals with Line complaints, Non-line complaints, and Lead and connection requests.
