How does the QESCO Bill Calculator Works?
QESCO Bill Calculations for Domestic Single-Phase, Three-phase, and Commercial consumers differ due to slab bifurcation. This bill calculator tentatively estimates the amount for three-phase and single-phase domestic consumers.
To estimate your upcoming bill or verify your current single-phase QESCO bill, the calculator asks for the following inputs:
For Estimating Upcoming QESCO Bill:
Unit consumed – To estimate the upcoming QESCO bill, you can get the unit consumed value by subtracting the presently utilized units shown on the meter from the previous month’s units shown on your bill statement.Â
Quarterly Adjustment Value – You can get the QTR value from the previous bill to estimate the upcoming bill to the nearest value.
Fuel price Adjustment Value – Similarly, you can extract the FPA value from the previous QESCO bill if you are estimating the upcoming bill.

F.C. Surcharge means Financing Cost Charges are decided by the Govt. of Pakistan as .43 Paisa per unit. Therefore, the tool multiplies these charges with the total units consumed. 395 X 0.43 = 169.85 Rs
Electricity Duty is applied to the cost of electricity by a multiple of 1.7%. So tool determines the amount as: 6177.357 * 1.7/100 = 105.015 Rs
35 Rs is the T.V. License Fee (TVL) is the standard fixed fee charged by every consumer. Tool input this constant value on its own.
Electricity Duty =Â E.D
T.V. License Fee =Â TVL Fee
General Sales Tax =Â GST
GST on Fuel Price Adjustment =Â GST on FPA
Electricity Duty of Fuel Price Adjustment =Â E.D on FPA
Late Payment Surcharge =Â L.P Surcharge
